01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kiss19 website, mobile app and all services provided by us ("Platform"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the Platform, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Kiss19 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use kiss19 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are not declared bankrupt or currently subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or as a third-party agent.
• Registration and use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your location.
• You are not on the list of individuals excluded from the platform by kiss19.

Kiss19 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account active on kiss19. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per identity card or passport
• Exact date of birth
• A valid and active email address
• A mobile number registered in your name
• Valid bank account details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your profile information up to date. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or account closure.

Kiss19 carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) to verify member identity. This process may require you to upload a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other supporting documents. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Kiss19 supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, and online bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• The bank account holder's name must match the name registered with kiss19.
• Kiss19 does not accept payments from third parties or joint accounts.

Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering or suspicious activity will result in immediate account suspension and a report filed with the relevant authorities. kiss19 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until an internal investigation has been completed.

05 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by kiss19 are subject to specific terms set for each campaign. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant campaign terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Kiss19 reserves the right to void any bonus if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus validity periods are stated in the conditions of each promotion and cannot be extended.

If there is a conflict between these general terms and the specific conditions of a promotion, the specific promotion conditions shall apply. kiss19 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules

All games at kiss19 use Random Number Generator (RNG) that have been tested and certified by an independent body to ensure true fairness and randomness in every game round.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during gameplay, any affected wagers will be returned to the player's balance.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots or any other method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and must be observed.

Rate Return to Player (RTP) for each game can be found in the respective game information. kiss19 is committed to providing accurate and transparent RTP information to all players.

07 Player Conduct

All kiss19 members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and to respect fellow players and platform staff. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without any refund:

• Use of offensive, threatening or harassing language toward other players or support staff
• Any form of fraud, hacking or attempts to manipulate the platform's systems
• Sharing account login credentials with any other party
• Transfer of funds between player accounts for unauthorized purposes
• Use of VPN or proxy services to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions
• Any activity that conflicts with applicable laws or regulations

Kiss19 continuously monitors all account activity. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including permanent suspension or closure of the account.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. kiss19 recommends the following steps to keep your account safe at all times:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security
• Log out of your account when using a shared device
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account

Kiss19 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported within 24 hours after detection.

09 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the kiss19 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 working days after identity verification.

Kiss19 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity
• Inability to verify identity or registration information
• Multiple account ownership
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months without any activity

For closures resulting from a breach of terms, kiss19 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with bonuses or fraudulent activity. Valid and verified balances will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kiss19 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from valid game outcomes determined by a certified RNG system
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized use of an account due to player negligence
• Incompatibility between the player's software or hardware and the kiss19 platform

Kiss19's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11 Data Privacy

The collection, processing and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy kiss19, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you agree to the privacy practices set out in our Privacy Policy.

Kiss19 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except as set out in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Such requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12 Terms Amendment

Kiss19 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to read every notice sent by kiss19 regarding changes to the terms. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.
